Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use HaazriPro, a product of Nexcrum Technologies ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your agency.

The service

HaazriPro records attendance, calculates salary and produces client billing reports for labour contractors in India. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for the decisions you make from the reports; we are responsible for storing your records safely and calculating them as described.

The free trial

The 30-day free trial needs no card and creates no obligation. You can stop using the service at any time.

Plans and payment

Paid plans cost ₹499 a month, or ₹349 a month billed annually, for up to 500 staff, as shown on our pricing section. You can switch between monthly and annual from your next billing cycle, with no penalty. If a plan lapses, reports and adding new staff, sites or files pause until it is renewed; your existing records are not deleted.

Your records

Your records remain yours. You can export them at any time, and we will delete them on request as described in our privacy policy. You confirm that you have told your staff that their photo and work records are kept in HaazriPro, and that you have the right to enter them.

Acceptable use

• Use HaazriPro only for your own agency's staff and sites.
• Do not try to access another agency's records, or interfere with the service.
• Keep login codes to yourself; you are responsible for what is done from your team's accounts.

Availability

Attendance marking works offline on the device and syncs when a connection returns. We aim to keep the online service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows when they last changed, and we tell account owners before a significant change takes effect. Questions go to our contact page.
