Why does HaazriPro mark attendance by face photo?

Contract staff rolls are full of similar names: a Ramesh, a Rakesh and two Sureshes on the same site. When a supervisor ticks a name in a register or picks it from a list, a tick in the wrong row pays the wrong person. In HaazriPro the supervisor taps the photo of the person standing in front of them instead, so the mark lands on the right staff member.

This is not face recognition. No camera scans anyone at the gate and HaazriPro stores no biometric template. The photo is a picture the supervisor recognises, the same way they would recognise the person. Face photo vs face recognition explains the difference.

It is designed for a supervisor using a low-cost Android phone, one-handed, outdoors, often at a site with no mobile network: big tap targets, colour-coded statuses, and 9 languages. Attendance is saved on the phone first and syncs when a connection returns.

What happens at month end?

Each month's attendance becomes two reports: a salary sheet (days worked + overtime − advances) and a bill for each client site (staff-days × the rate you agreed). Both can be downloaded as a PDF and shared on WhatsApp.

How do we look after your data?

• Every record belongs to your agency. No other customer can read it.
• Our support team opens an account only when you ask, and every such session is logged.
• You can export your records at any time and ask us to delete them.

How are our guides written?

Each guide lists its sources and shows the date its content was last updated. They explain the rules in plain language. They are not legal or tax advice, so check anything that affects money or compliance with your CA or lawyer. If you spot something out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
