What we collect
Your agency name, your name and your mobile number when you sign up; the staff, site and attendance records you enter while using HaazriPro. Nothing else, and nothing from your phone beyond what you give us.
Why we collect it
To run the service: your mobile number is your login, and your records are what the attendance grid, salary sheet and billing reports are built from.
Who can see it
Only your own team. Every record is scoped to your agency, and no other customer can read it. Our support staff access an account only when you ask us to, and every such session is logged.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open. Ask us to delete your data and we will.
Your choices
You can export your records at any time, and you can ask us to correct or delete anything we hold about you.
