Delete your HaazriPro account

Use this page to ask us to delete your account in HaazriPro (the HazriPro attendance app by Nexcrum Technologies) and the personal data linked to it.

How it works

1. Fill in the form below with the mobile number you log in with.
2. We check that the request really comes from the account holder. We may call or message that number.
3. Once approved, we delete the account and confirm to you within 30 days of your request.

What is deleted, and what is kept

• Supervisor: your login, name and mobile number. Attendance you marked stays with your agency, as part of their records, without your name.
• Agency owner: the whole agency: every login, staff records, face photos and documents, sites, attendance, advances, salary and billing reports, clients and invoices. Export what you need first (Reports → Share).
• Staff member of an agency: your agency controls your records, so we pass your request to them and help them carry it out.
• We keep our own subscription and payment records with an agency for as long as tax law requires. They hold no staff or attendance data. Backup copies are overwritten within a further 35 days.
• Deleting an account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
